INTERNATIIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
For international shipping, we use services such as USPS First-Class International Services (2-4 weeks delivery on average) and UPS Worldwide Expedited (5-10 days delivery on average).
- Customer responsibility: All international customers (outside the USA) are responsible for their country’s customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Refusal of delivery: If a package is returned to us because the customer either refused delivery, abandoned the parcel, or refused to pay the required duties and taxes, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs: In the event that a package is returned due to a refusal to pay customs fees or abandoning the parcel, we will not issue a refund for the cost of your order or the original shipping fees.
