Standard Shipping - shipping costs are indicated on our website before you place your order.
Free Standard Shipping - How do I get it?
- US orders over $40 get free standard shipping. Please note that your order must total $40 or more EXCLUSIVE of the shipping cost in order to receive free shipping. In other words, if your order is $38 and you spend $5.95 for shipping, this does not qualify for free shipping.
- Occasionally, we run great promotions including free shipping. Join our mailing list to get these deals sent right to your inbox.
When will my orders ship?
Our standard handling time is 1 - 2 business days. We will inform you when your order ships. Orders placed after 1PM Pacific time may ship the following business day.
What shipping options do you offer?
US standard domestic generally shipping takes 3 - 7 business days, depending on where you are located (Orders ship from Temecula, CA.) Please be aware that occasionally services like UPS, USPS, and DHL do run late, especially during the holidays.
International shipping can take up to 7 -30 days or more, depending on the country.
We may offer expedited shipping options for continental US orders. Your shipping options will appear when you place your order.
What shipping providers do you use?
We generally ship via USPS first class mail, UPS Ground, or DHL ePackage Services for continental US shipping. Blackbeard for Men uses a shipping service called ShippingTree which tries to find the most efficient carrier for each shipment, depending on location, weight, cost, delays, weather, etc. Our service selects the carrier it feels offers the best way to get the parcel to you. For example, UPS Ground can be slow and expensive to certain areas, and USPS may be the only cost-effective way to reach places like Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We may also offer expedited shipping, such as UPS Ground, UPS or DHL 2-day or 3-day, selectable for an extra charge. Please note that in all these cases, these shipping times are not guaranteed, but rather represent best effort by the carrier. Please also be aware that 1-2-day handling time may affect delivery times, as well as weekends and holidays. In other words, it is entirely possible to place an order on a Friday afternoon and select 2-day shipping, but the parcel may not arrive until the following Tuesday or possibly even Wednesday.
For international shipping, we use services such as USPS First Class or Priority Mail, Passport Express Services, and UPS Expedited. Please note that these companies are independently owned and operated, and they may have different pricing than Blackbeard for Men USA (and do not honor our discounts or sales).
WHAT TO DO IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL
You should have received a tracking number via email from Blackbeard for Men (if you do not see it, please check your spam folder.) Please visit the carrier’s website and enter that tracking number for the latest info.
If you did not receive a tracking number or cannot find it, please contact us at customerservice@blackbeardformen.com.
If your parcel has been lost and is irretrievable, Blackbeard for Men will reship at no cost to you.
MISDELIVERIES/RETURN TO SENDER
We often receive parcels back as undeliverable, moved/no forwarding, or missing critical information such as last name or apartment number. In those cases, we will endeavor to contact you and see if we can get an updated or more complete shipping information. If we cannot reach you, we will refund your purchase and email you and request your order again using an update address or more complete information. If the parcel is undeliverable because the information you provided to us was inaccurate, we will refund the product and tax (if applicable) only, not the shipping cost.
We will reship to an address a maximum of twice if the parcels continue to get lost or returned to sender. If that happens, we will ask you to provide an alternate mailing address
