Thank ye, David. This is one of those things that unfortunately behaves differently with different people. I've been using it for over a year now and mainly what I notice is my hair thinning has slowed. My bald patch is still there but it's not growing like it was. I use a combination of Seaspray plus Kirkland minoxidil, and studies on PubMed show that the caffeine solution does increase minoxidil's effectiveness. I think it's best to think about it as another arrow in the quiver. Consider also mentioning it to your doctor as he may have some additional tricks. I've heard good things about PRP treatment for example, although it is expensive. But in any event, studies do show the caffeine spray does increase blood flow to the scalp and performs around equally with minoxidil even on its own. But not everyone will see results.
